Order the slim eyeliner brush too. They both work really great and lasts all day !!!
My favorite is Revlon ColorStay in waterproof. It's definitley the best I've tried out of drugstore %26 department stores!

i got one by GOSH and it was 拢5 and its amazing. its thick and its velvety smooth.

I used to love the one from avon glimmersticks, retractable eye pencils 拢5 but they stopped it in the magazines.(but i found it on the website.)
well it has been said i am the eye liner queen lol the only way to get eye liner to stay on all day is as follows: on your upper lid, its always best to use a liquid liner the best is Boots Natural collection one its got a really easy to use brush. for the lower lid use collection 2000 liquid let it dry then use bourjois kohl pencil...easy to blend and is smudge free even without the liquid liner....depends on how intense u want it x
